Sometimes my boyfriend get great ideas. This time it was delicious. We decided to make soup for dinner and during weekends we can take time to bake some bread too, and that’s what he did. Soup and freshly baked bread is luxury for your soul, so I didn’t disagree when he wanted to make some. For once he had the freedom so bake it all by himself. I was surprised when he decided on a feta cheese and sun-dried tomatoes bread. He had found a recipe on the Internet and I must say that this is probably one of the best breads I’ve ever had as a complement to soup. It was wonderful! Especially when still warm from baking.
